Speed and Strength Training for Middle School Athletes

This Spring OTG Athlete will be launching a performance training group for Middle School aged athletes.

This will be a small group training program where athletes will be taught the foundations of strength and speed training so they stay healthy and are 100% prepared to enter high school ready to compete.

We aim to teach athletes how to train safe and smart, build confidence, and stay healthy so they can enjoy all the benefits of athletics.
