OTG Athlete is a performance training facility in Littleton, CO, designed for those who want to reach their peak potential—and stay there. Founded by a former Division I strength and conditioning coach, OTG was built to bridge the gap between elite sports science and everyday fitness.
We’ve created a culture that mirrors the highest levels of competitive sport: a fun, challenging, and supportive environment where athletes and longevity-minded adults can chase big goals. At OTG, we don't believe in "filler" workouts. We deliver comprehensive, science-backed training programs designed to enhance performance, build confidence, and help you become the strongest version of yourself as efficiently as possible.


Rob founded OTG with a single mission: to bring an elite-level training environment to motivated athletes and adults over 35 who want more out of their training.
Before opening OTG, Rob spent years coaching at the collegiate level and preparing NFL Combine athletes for the biggest moments of their careers. Having trained professionals in high-performance hubs like Chicago and Los Angeles, he realized that everyone—regardless of their background—deserves access to intentional programming and a team-like atmosphere that pushes them to grow. At OTG, Rob has recreated that same high-standard environment where people are coached to build real confidence, both in and out of the gym.
Degree in Exercise Science, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach - Coach Aaron is our Director of Sports Performance. In this role he leads our sports performance program building an approach that fits each individual client. He also serves with our adult population coaching small-group classes.


Masters in Exercise Science, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach - Coach Lea has 12 years of training experience working with both athletes and adults. At OTG, she coaches our evening adult small-group classes and conducts 1-on-1 training sessions with female athletes.
