Rob Van Valkenburgh CSCS

My name Rob Van Valkenburgh and I am a 10 year veteran of strength and conditioning.

Having coached elite athletes in both the private sector and in Division 1 collegiate setting I believe that strength has to be the foundation of all athletic movement and that athletes of all levels deserve a comprehensive strength and speed development program.

I have three goals with any athlete I coach:

  1. Train in the most effective way so that strength and speed improvements transfer to the field performance.

  2. Coach the athlete in a manner that fits their personal physical development.

  3. Build explosive, physically imposing athletes.

In my professional career, I have coached football athletes at the Division 1 level, directed the NFL Combine training for numerous draft picks, and coached countless High School athletes.  I believe in designing training programs that develop on-field speed, power, and explosiveness.  In addition, I take a very progressive approach toward injury prevention, mobility, and joint stability

I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and hold a degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Northern Colorado.

Hi, I’m Lea Dunlap. I am a performance coach and have been in the Strength and Conditioning industry for 6 years. After receiving a BS in exercise science from Quincy University I made my way out to Colorado to pursue a master's degree in strength and conditioning from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.

My experience in the private setting has given me the opportunity to work with a wide variety of athletes, post-physical therapy clients, and tactical professionals.

My passion for this career began while playing softball at the collegiate level. I saw the need and importance of training outside of my sport. Understanding that the transfer of strength, power, and speed training into sport or life activity is the key to performing at the highest level. My goal as a strength coach is to help my clients and athletes reach their personal goals and potential.
