WHAT IS “THE 100 Day Intensive”?
100 days for you to chase down big goals while being laser focused on your health and fitness.
During this process you will establish a goal that you want to achieve, and then with the help of our elite coaches we will push you to hit your target. Through the combination of strength training, cardio, and nutrition coaching you will drop body fat, build lean muscle, and look better than you have in years.
In addition, we will coach you to install systems that allow these 100 days to carry over to the rest of your life.
There are two options for participation - at our facility in Littleton, CO or worldwide via our training software. Regardless, you will go through the same curriculum and receive the same level of accountability and coaching.


1: THIS IS A 100 DAY PROGRAM PROGRAM
People don't see results on coaching programs because they don’t stick to the process and program hop. You're not going to see long lasting results in 6 weeks…we both know that.

2: YOU HAVE TO HAVE A BIG GOAL
We will outline a goal you want to hit and then coach you to achieve it. Regardless of the goal, our coaches will push you to hit your target.

3: YOU WILL HAVE WEEKLY CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS
Over the 100 days you will track your habits so that this process becomes a lifestyle. Progress tracking is the best way to make sure we are on the right track for success.

4: ON-GOING EDUCATION
On the thought process behind each training cycle, the focus for each day, and common areas people need help with. This will help you dial in your understanding and make this much easier for you to be successful.

5: ACCESS TO TRAINING 6 DAYS PER WEEK
We program a 6 day training program. You don't have to complete all 6. Our coaches will work with you to establish the most effective training schedule for your goals.

6: A FUN AND SUPPORTIVE TEAM
Members of this program are expected to support, encourage, and push each other to reach their goals. In this program, we rise as one.

MEET YOUR COACH
I am a coach with 18+ years of hands-on experience working with collegiate and professional athletes as well as business executives. I have taken this experience and designed an approach that will allow you to train smart, with joint-friendly movements, and continue to push yourself in the gym. “The Built 2 Last Blueprint” is tested within my training facility in Denver, CO. In addition, being a family man, I know the importance of having an effective training program that allows you to be efficient in the gym.
