This is not your average group class:

At OTG we train every individual like an elite athlete. That means that every member of our program goes through a comprehensive movement screen, has an onboarding session, and your progress is consistently monitored. 

​

We believe that the best possible way to give you long-lasting results is through a comprehensive and progressive approach to strength training. 

 

We use the same methods and coaching approach that we implement to develop elite athletes just scaled to fit the needs of hard-charging adults. This style will produce long-lasting improvements in body composition, overall strength, stamina, and allow you to train pain-free.

What does a training session look like?

Every one of our programs follows a script that allows us to maximize your time in the gym. With our clients only in the facility for three sessions per week, it is imperative for us to have a strict structure that we will follow. 

Pre-Training Mobility Drills to help each individual with their specific areas of need. This is determined based on what is shown in the athletes (you) assessment

Dynamic Warm-Up focusing on building stability and activating the muscle groups we will be using that day

Power Training to help you build – or regain – the power and explosiveness you had in your teen

Strength Training designed to get you strong while following a meticulously designed program that builds long-lasting strength

Conditioning is put into the program at specific times and that follows a set progression to make sure you are developing smartly without crushing your nervous system

Cool Down and Nervous System Reset This is a series of mobility and breathing drills designed to get you into a recovery state and ready to crush the rest of the day
